Vinton is strategically located alongside the Blue Ridge Parkway. The town shows its civic pride in the annual Dogwood Festival and the Vinton War Memorial. Bluegrass Festival & Competition

This stretch of highway offers some of the most beautiful scenery in the entire country. Christmas Parade

Farmer's Market

Town Clock

Standing directly in front of Vinton's new Municipal Building, this majestic clock tower once stood in front of A.J. Rankin's jewelry store. 311 S.Pollard Street, Vinton.

Vinton Dogwood Festival

Originated in the 1950's, the annual Dogwood Festival provides an opportunity for the community to come together. The festival, which offers something for the entire family, includes a parade, band competitions, arts and crafts by local and regional artists, a 3K run, softball tournament and the Miss Dogwood Pagent. Vinton War Memorial Park
